For statutory auditor - appointment n removal n resignation of Statutory auditory will come under sec 139. What is your doubt wrt this.

Normally Registers or details wrt Deposits are accessible by Statutory auditor to perform his duties effectively and efficiently. Hence he can get registers of Deposits on requirements.

Inspection of ROD by member- Act is not providing any provisions for this.

As far as I think, BOD on their discretion may allow members to inspect ROD.
