we are in manufacturing and job work activities, so please suggest we are required file itc-04 return and what is time limit for this.

If you are performing job work or providing job work services to principal then No need to file ITC04 , as it has to be file by Principal who is availing services from job worker

yes we are availing job services from job worker and still not file itc-04 from july-17 so please suggest we required file itc-04 with penalty?

Itr -4 Is Business Return Also This Time Income Tax Dedpartment include this Return regard information Salary , GST , cash Transaction , Online Transaction And Deduction etc......

31st July last Date.. With out late Fee.
