Can we claim ITC for diagnosis centre? on purchase bills?

client has purchased machines for diagnostic centre with GST. can client claim ITC and get refund. Because client has exempted services. please advise

No he will not get the refund. GST will be totally expenses off.

You cannot avail ITC. Treat the ITC as expenses instead of asset in books of accounts. In Gstr-3b 1st show the ITC in all other ITC and then in reversal column as per rule 42.

Yes u cannot avail ITC as per section 16 cgst act
