Credit of mobile phone purchased is not under the Sec 17(5). Hence, credit of the same can be claimed provided the same has been used for the pupose of business.
You can avail the ITC benefits for the Purchase of Mobile phone if it's used in furtherance of business...
ITC of mobile is not available if used for personal purpose.
only plant and machinery credits will avail... take depreciation ... it's most beneficial if you are in 30% it slabe
