GSTR 3B can be reset any time after submission but before filing.
My question is after submission after offsetting of liabilities?
after offset liability no re set 3b
but I want to reset it and file the correct return .how to do ??

Before submission you reset but after submission "can't reset."..
After submitting also we can reset but after offsetting liabilities we can't ,but the submitted return is totally wrong unless the return is reset how to file next month returns .
