ITC AGAINST SEZ SALES IN MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Dear Members..Can anyone give suggestions Regrading ITC AGAINST SEZ SALES.....Both inter State intra State....Can ITC Fully allowed against SEZ sales....? or what is the percentage should we take...?

supply to SEZ is Zero rated supply and not exempt or nil rated supply.... so full ITC is allowed
more over you can claim refund of unutilised itc
