The traders supplying goods to other states will need to register under the Goods and Services tax (GST) even if their turnover is below Rs 20 lakh
Traders, thus, will not be able to avail of threshold exemption of Rs 20 lakh turnover, if they have inter-state supplies. "Then they will have to register.

Notification No. 10/2017 – Integrated Tax
You are not liable for GST Registration
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Integrated Goods
and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017) read with sub-section (2) of section 23 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby specifies the persons making inter-State supplies of taxable services and having an aggregate turnover, to be computed on all India basis, not exceeding an amount of twenty lakh rupees in a financial year as the category of persons exempted from obtaining registration under the said Act:

Hi Vikram,
As per the recent amendments, taxpayers making inter-state supplies of goods or services or both, but having annual turnover of less than Rs. 20 lakhs are not required to get themselves registered under GST Act.
Hence, since your turnover is less than Rs. 20 lakhs, you don't have to register under GST Act.
