Mr x has purchased some gst paid items. Mr x is unregistered under gst (but arn number is generated). How to take itc of that goods which were purchased before generation of gst number?

How to take input tax credit of gst purchases.

if purchase is done after July 1st 2017 and subsequently the seller has registered , you can ask for revised invoice and take credit.
however if Mr x is not registered he would not have Charged GST as per law.
