Rent paid (unregistered)

Hi

I have paid office rent of 4,600/-  to an unregistered landlord. I dont know  RCM and finding dit difficulet to post this entry in Busy.

While creating account of Rent Indirect in busy first i dont know which tax percentage/excempt/none and

Secondly ITC Eligibilty according to me should be Based on daily limit of 5000. But I am not sure.

Kindly assist especially on percentage.
