Reverse Charge
There are around 86 GST Exemption list for services. Whether any registered person receiving services from such service providers are liable to pay Reverse Charge or not required to pay as it is exempted service?

No question of reverse charge, as these are exempted services.
Certain services received even from Registered persons comes under RCM like services of Advocates, CAs etc. besides RCM applicability of services received from URD.
