No can't avail ITC
ITC available only Business use
if Bill in firm name then he can
(if Bill in firm name then he can)
if Bill in firm name AND ALSO ITS USING IN FIRM then he CAN'T TAKE ITC.
BCOZ, IT'S JUST FIXED ASSETS NOT CAPITAL GOODS......
Sec.16(1) states that Every registered person shall be entitled to take credit of input
tax charged on any supply of goods to him which are used or intended to
be used in the course or furtherance of his business.

In your case, since you are using TV at home which ia not used in the course or furtherance of your business, you are not eligible for ITC.

Further, ITC will be allowes to you, if you use that TV for your business purpose.
