no, for composition you must not have stock purchased from inter state

wrong in composition you can purchase interstate but cant sell interstate....see the gst master class 2 in you tube...

if your stock comprises of goods that are purchased for interstate then you can not opt for compostion since you would have paid C.S.T on such stock . Bt revenue sectretory has said that they will consider the option that after gst is paid on those stock a person may be allowed to opt for composition . Bt as of now he can not opt .
