Yes. members are owners because they invest their money as a capital in the share capital of company.

Yes, Members are the Shareholders and stakeholders are the owner of companies undertaking.. hence the statement is True

in logical sense its a true statement but in literal meaning no one is the owner of company because co. has seperate legal entity so it should be false

i also think that members are the owners but under recommendary answers made by icsi this is false and the reason behind is "seperate legal entity"
