I got my provisional id under GST recently but as my sales are less than 20 lacs i want to surrender it.
please tell the procedure.
also please tell Is there any restriction on selling goods outside state if i do not register under GST ?

If you wish to sell your products interstate, then you need to get yourself registered. I.e. unregistered person cannot do outside state sales.
You will need GST Number for making Interstate Sales. No point in cancelling it.

You will be required to Submit Form No. GST REG-14 for making an application for cancellation of registration.
