purchase from composite scheme holder
If I am a regular registered dealer and buy from a composite dealer then can I claim input

no sir u cant claim any input on purchases made from composition dealer
see Sir composite dealer can't charge tax to his customers and on this type of purchases u have to pay tax through Rcm and then claim input credit.
no need to pay RCM
