Interstate purchase under gst composition schemw
Is there any restriction on purchases outside the state while we are opting for composition scheme under gst

Restriction is only on sale. A composite dealer can purchase from other states.
No, Composition Scheme is available only for intra-state supplies. If a dealer is involved in inter-State supplies, then he cannot opt for the scheme.
Salomi is v.right in her reply.a dealer regs.under comp.scheme can make purchases from other states,but can not make sales to them.
but what if buyer on its own take the good with him to his state
