About treatment of Unavailed Cenvat Credit
For tour operator service Cenvat credit was allowed in the prior regime. However under GST regime reduced tax rate of 5% charged with no Cenvat credit. Therefore should unavailed CC as on 1st July be reversed as income?

Now the Input tax credit will lapse and need to be written off in the books
