ITC on Rent a cab service is allowed to the taxable person only if he is in the business of supplying the same service.

In other cases ITC not allowed.

My business is to provide cab services.Rite now i don't have any cab.I used to purchase cab from travel agents and then provide it to my customers.

E.g. I buy from ABC associates cab of Rs 15750 (incl gst of rs 750) and then sell it to my customer for 16800(incl gst of rs 800)

now wat amt. i hav to pay to the govt. under GST rs 800 OR rs 50 (i.e. 800 minus 750) ????
