Tally internal error

Dear Sir,

My tally 9 is not opening showing some internal error. please help in this issue.

Existing TALLY!

Internal Error. Contact Tally Solutions.

Forced to Quit by TALLY User'.

You may better contact them, or try reinstalling it.

it might be case of multiple log in.
