 Sir,

I had taken service Tax registration number in Aug'2006 & I have just filed my return twice, since I had closed my business since Dec'06 I did not file any return there after please suggest me how can I surrender my service tax & if there is any penalty that I would have to pay & how much? 

Please help me URGENTLY in this regard as I will be shifting to Pune very soon so before I go I would like to surrent & give my dues to avoid any aftermaths..
