Return filled with condonation of delay
Where to submit return for AY 2014-15 with refund amount <10lacs. with condonation of delay. Any office of principal Commissioner of income tax in baroda or bharuch?

Return needs to be filed in the jurisdiction which is specified in your pancard.
Thanks for reply. I know in normal circumntances return shoud be submitted to the mentioned juridiction. But it is specified that Application for condonation of delay should be submitted to CIT and i dont know the office of CIT in gujarat. Thats why i asked the question.
