A co was formed in 2010 by taking over firm. The vat no was of 2003 and an amendment in registration was done in 2011.
So what would be the effective date of registration 2003 or 2011?
PLease reply on urgent basis as details to be filled in GST form....
year should be 2003
Effective date will be 2003 but date of amendment will be 2010.
