Name change in pan card
Dear All,
I want to change my name and address in PAN Card. I already have adhaar card with the new name and address. Also I have a gazette copy published for name change from gujarat government. But the copy is in gujarati language.
As for application of name change for an individual, one has to produce gazette copy as supporting document and also after applying online for change request I have to send all the documents to Pune office. Will the gazette copy be valid as it is in gujarati language?
Please need your guidance.

Change your name in your bank account with the gazette documents and aadhar card. Then there is an annexure provided by income tax - that annexe to be signed and stamped by your bank manager. Also, generally every govt publishes gazette copy in regional language and English. So inquire about it. Then you can complete name change in pan card process.
