Name change in pan card

Dear All, I want to change my name and address in PAN Card. I already have adhaar card with the new name and address. Also I have a gazette copy published for name change from gujarat government. But the copy is in gujarati language. As for application of name change for an individual, one has to produce gazette copy as supporting document and also after applying online for change request I have to send all the documents to Pune office. Will the gazette copy be valid as it is in gujarati language? Please need your guidance. Thanks.
