Hi Sir, A SSI firm which came into operation on 25 feb 2011. It was liable to file ER3 but due to non filling the return by the consultant. the return was not filed for 2011 and 2012. Kindly provide the procedure to file ER3 as the firm has not to pay any duty as the CEN VAT credit is to be availed.
