Termination of article ship due to membership of employer ceased.

My grand daughter is doing her C.A articleship since August 2015 . She has not taken a single leave since then. We got a letter from ICAI yesterday dtd. 10.6.2016 stating advice for termination of article ship due to employers removal of membership with effect from 1.10.2015. It says she can't take further training from him as it's won't be considered valid n obtain service certificate in form 109/105 along with practical training report for period of training undergone for effecting termination entries. Simultaneously we r requested to send papers for registration of fresh training for remaining period of training under any other CA. Her employer says he has now paid the membership fees. I want to know 1. Will her articleship from 1.10.2015 till today be considered 2. She has been sincerely doing articles from August 2015 without any leave. So due to her employers negligence will this affect her articleship Please reply and guide. We are very distressed
