We want to file Revised Service Tax return for the F.Y.2014-2015 (Oct - March 15). Can we file the same to service tax department. We have paid service tax as per revised calculation but not filed return. Can we file the same now.

Serive tax return could be revised within 90 days of filling.

no revision is possible in this case.

Yes, it can be filed. Grievance has to be filed with Service tax Assessing authority and based on the genuiness the assessing authority has discretion or he/she may forward the same to the higher authority. The higher authority definitely will consider your grievance as the service tax has been filed on the revised calculation.
