Availment and utilzation of cenvat credit

Hi,

Prior to Sep'2014 it may possible, after the 1-Sep-2014 Cenvat Credit availment rules modified to 6 months w.e.f.date of Invoice. in current Mar'15 again it is increased to 1 year.

Is it possible to take cenvat credit of old dated document like 2009 document in 2016.

The provisions earlier was "immedoiately". However interpreted as -open. Even 6 years old held valid if otherwise valid.

As mentioned now provision for inputs / input service is from 1 yr of valid doicument (BOE) however interestingly capital goods have not been covered here.
