I filled itr 6 of a company n tax payable was 85555 but it should be 85560 by round off. by mistake I ask the client to deposits 85555 now there is coming 5 more payable. can I make the tax payable nil or how to rectify . plz guide

Reduce profit by rs. 20. Claim 5 rs refund.
Or tell client to pay more 5rs. Or reduce some disallowance by rs.6
Reduce disallowance by rs.20 ...* this is correction of earlier msg
Demand of Rupees upto 100 is not required to be paid immediately, it will be adjusted in next period
