SIR XYZ PVT LTD SECOND AUNNAL AUDIT REPORT WAS MADE ON 30/09/2013 THE PROBLEM IS ARISING THAT WHEN THE AGM IS TO BE HELD AND HOW I CAN FILE ROC RETURN

Dear

Request to your Auditor to change the audit report date from 30th september to 5th september or early date (if possible), because 21 clear days notice is required for AGM normally. If your auditors agree then due date of AGM would be 30.09.2013 (after considering Sec 166 & 210 of co's Act, 1956, AGM must be hold on or before 30th september of each year) and file ROC return accordingly.

Normal return file hua he ya tax audit report ke sath IT return file hua he......

agar Audit report ka xerox copy attach nai hua he tb Audit report ka date change karke ROC file kar do..... otherwise try karke dekho may be ROC accept kar le....because of PVT Ltd Co..
