The PAN Card is mandatory for Service Tax Registration. We have a PAN number but we never received the PAN card. Is it possible to use a print-out from the website https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/Services/KnowYourPan.html as a proof of PAN allotment ?
