Whether Cenvat credit is avaliable on service tax paid on rent of head office in delhi,guest houses and various branches all over India if Manufacturing unit or factory is situated in mumbai?

No. Credit on rent is available only when such premises is used for the removal of own final product of the factory.

what about Input service distributor system ?
Why can't he avail that.
