Hi sir/mam,
I have been in continued service with an organisation since 9th april 2009 and last day with company was 29 october 2013, am i eligible for gratuity withdrawal.
DOJ:09/04/2009.
DOR:29/10/2013.

I am afraid you are not eligible for gratuity. Gratuity shall be payable to person who has been in employment for a continuous period of 5 years. Since you didn't complete 5 Years - the company may not pay you an gratuity.
