And no new compnies act will be applicable for may 14

Companies act 2013 is not applicable for may 2014 exams
Companies Act 1956 will be applicable for May 14 Exams..
New Companies Act 2013 is not yet effective except 98 sections. So my suggestion is you should know these new 98 sections from exam perspective.
