Download the Service Tax and VAT book applicable for May 2013 from below link. You will surely find this easy to understand the concepts. It also has lots of examples in addition to coverage of all old exam papers solved.

One other book i'd suggest- Padhuka's publication,authored by G.Sekar!!!

Both are good...

Ultimately its the will to win...books come second though they should be good and more user friendly!!

All authors are good and are the best for each follower!!!

i am also in IPCC..i use singhania it is the best book for refrence but this is not the time to read from some new book...stick to the book from where you used to read, you will be all confused and it will take time to adjust to the language of new book

i completed ipcc and i used paduka book for DT and IDT so i suggest paduka .All the best for ur exams
