1) Company "A" registered under Centralized Service Tax on dated September 24, 2012.
But now as per service tax rule, Service tax return should be April 2012 to June 2012,
My question is wheather Company " A " is liable to filing the return for the period from April 2012 to June 2012

W.E.F 1.7.2012 new rules (Negative List) are operational, hence you dont need to file return for April-12 to June-12. You should file return for July-12 to Sept-12. The Due date for July-12 to Sept-12 is not yet announced by the department.

The due date for filing was announced by aces on the website. 25/11/2012
