Different stipend for same category of articles

Is the Principal Entitled to provide different Stipend for the same grade ( as in all first year articles) of articles??
Nothing has been expressely mentioned regarding the same as there is no appointment letter.

yes,,,how ever he need to pay minimum stipend to article students

also.. if Saturday has been taken as a leave and Monday is a govt. Hoilday, then the number of leaves taken will be 1 or 3? If its taken as 3 is this as per ICAI rules?

yes ....principles can do this ..but it should be minimum or more than minimum stipened set by icai

And the leave policy???

If Saturday is taken as a leave will wit be considered as 2 Days of Leave ( including the sunday here). Is this as per ICAI rules?
