If deductor care, proper preautious about challan depsit and timely upload, by quoting correct PAN then there will be no problems in eTDS return.
If you you specific problem you may contact Assessing Officer, you upload revised correction TDS return.
Deductor must recheck TDS data file prior to upload eTDS return.
