you may be a slow reader because you don't know how to pronounce such words.

So keep a dictionary by your side ( i.e  wordweb )

Just type the word  and it will pronounce the same word by itself ..... and simple once you know the correct

pronunciation, it won't be hard for you to read the same word next time

There are many free resources you can look at - the BBC website for example has an very large selection of "learn English" materials. https://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/

You could also try blogs like this one for grammar - https://londonenglishclasses.blogspot.co.uk/ it has free worksheets which you download to practice.

or this one if you are doing IELTS - https://martins-ielts-help.blogspot.co.uk/

and there  are many others - just google "English grammar blogs"

I hope this isn't considered  "spam"! It's all free!
