A person (nathu Lal) has a family buisness, he has 2 sons and two married daughters and a wife obvsly..:P he passes away in before 1956 nd his legal hiers are only his two son's ..not the wife and daughter. his wife also passes away in 1976. now only sons hav the legal right on fathers property. can daughter's of nathu lal filled the application for incorporation of their names as the legal heirs of father. Please advice wheather the hindu sucession act 1956 apllies to this case or not???
