I wanted to know if it is necessary to write "(incl. all taxes)" on the MRP stiker and also is there a procedure to find out MRP or the manufacturer has the sole right to decide the MRP.

Hi...For excise point of view "The Legal Metrology ACT, 2010" is to be followed for enmarking MRP on any product. You may go through these Act for adjudging MRP.
