what is captalisation of assets in balance sheet.

It means recording the asset in the balance sheet rather than expensing its cost in the P& L A/c.

it means that the asset will be recorded in the balance sheet 

converting the asset in to the capital of Firm( If it is partnership or prop. firm) or company or so

Capitalisation  of  Asset  means  transfer  of  Capital  Work  in  progress  in  the  books  to  the  concerned  FIxed  Assets  Accounts  by  following  the  relevant  Accounting  process  as  per  the  Accounting  Standard.
