Hi, Divya,
dont feel isca as a complicated paper...make the total syllabus into 4 parts...prepare a diagram for every chapter for main contents...prepare a flow chart for continuing chapters....identify the most repeated words in every chapter and make a list of them...read it once a day it will take only few minutes...then u will recollect all the subject...if think my suggestion helps you...

I also felt same problem at my time... I followed institute material and prepared my own notes by compiling important points exclusively from institute material and also prepared a Bird's eye view chart for each chapter....
I got succeeded and got 61 in ISCA.
Even 4-5 relevant points r enough to get better marks

do not refer any other book.
just have study and start from ch. 4 to ch. 9 and by highlighting / striking off make your own notes & you can also written down some points in easy language. it will take whole 5 days (avg. 10 hrs. daily)
for ch. 1,2,3,10 refer practice manual.it will take 3 days (avg. 10 hrs. daily). main emphasis on headings.
i have already compare study is different from dinesh madan.

INSTITUTE MATRAIL IS GOOD ENOUGH., STUDY IN FOLLIWING ORDER ;
CH.1,5,6,7,2,3,8,9,10
AFTER PLAIN READING READ MANISH VALECH. ITS REALLY VERY NICE BOOK., COVERS EVERY SMALL POINTS.
DO REVISE EVERY WEEK ATLEAST FOR 1 HR.
HAVE PRACTICE OF WRITTING PAPERS AS IF YOU ARE WRITING EXAM. TRY THIS WILL HELP YOU LOT.
ON LAST DAY DONT KEEP CH.2 AND 3 BECASE IT WILL TAKE LOTS OF TIME SO DO IT WELL BEFORE EXAM.
BEST OF LUCK.

Make summary of Points while reading the ICAI study material. Revise these points daily morning.
ICAI Study material is the best as compared to other books. Use Practice manual also for answers writing skill. Many questions are repeated.
Make a summary of points from Suggested answers plus last 5 RTP's. This will give you confidence.

I agree with Jitendra vyas,

Not a good idea to study only from study material at this time.
study mat plus m. valecha isca book is a good combination for exam preparation.
