Please clear Doubt Details as fellow -:

Particulars of Fee Amount (Rs.)

Registration Charges 400.00

Admission Charges 2000.00

Anual Charges 5600.00

Computer Fees 500.00

Development Fee 1100.00

Smart Class fee 600.00

Bus fee 750.00

Total 10950.00

The above given detail In which amount have get Deduction u/s 80 C.

80c deducation is on only for tution fees.....

Section 80C clearly states only payment made in respect of Tution Fees but not Development fees or any similar fee.

Tution fee means payment made for Regular education but not for Donations, or Development or Bus charges or similar items..

Kindly ask the Institution to provide a copy of payment of fees as per income tax laws. In this case it might be possible that Annual fees is tuition fees but get this confirmed from the Institution to whom the payment is made.

In the above case, all the categories of expenses except Annual Fees (provided Annual fees is nothing but Tuition Fees) is not to be considered for calculating deduction under Section 80C of the Act.

Only tution fee for regular studies is eligible for exemption u/s 80 C

I think u can clain the deduction of Rs. 5600/- which are annual charges........ N ya it is available with the assumptiong that the course for which u have paid the fees is full time course...........
