but i want to know wether that party is registered as company or indvidual
i know that party tin no and pan no
how can i get this information

Check the 4th alphabet it is F -Firm so it is corporate
If the Fourth letter of Pan is Por H- it is non corporate

see except Individual P or HUF H are individuals so it is non company
others namely Firm f ,company C,Trust T, -ALL ARE COMPANY
Here 4th Letter is F
SO Firm-Company
