We have received an email from ACES that your User ID & password is generated but when i entered the details it shows that THE USER IS NOT A VALID MIGRATED USER. So please guide me the path ASAP. Thanks in advance.

This message appears if you have been registered before impletation of ACES i.e., in manual filing era. In that case, you will get a link for migration of data and using the same u need to log in. U cannot create an ID on your own.

your registration is not issued from ACES channel. so you have to comunicate your email id to Range Suprintendent, who will update your records with ACES, and a link would be sent to you by ACES to generate your user ID and password,
that user id and password would be linked / migrated with your existing service tax registration

Thanks for your response.
Sorry I could not present the facts right last time. We have already sent our email to ACES & in it's response we got the email of user id & password. But we have the following problems:
1. First of All our TIN PIN is of 3 Digits only. I saw this when i used the migration link given in email.
2. I have filed the relevant details like user id, password & security question, then it showed that "the user in not a valid migrated user".
3. Also note that we have registered ourselves a long ago through a process which is applicable only for new assessee.
Please lookinto it.

visit your range superintendent and ask him to update your email id, this will initiate a migration link forwarded to your email id.
