Hello

Is there any limitation of amount or shareholders for private placement of shares in limited company?

Number of persons to whom shares, in a single allotment and on private placement, shall be limited to 49 (i.e less than 50) as the allotment to 50 or more persons will amount to public issue and the company has to go for listing etc. And please note that there is no limit on the amount of shares to be alloted.
