194C is applicable. TDS upto Rs.35000 on a single payment to individual is nil & aggregate upto Rs.75000 is nil.

TDS is liable to be deducted under section 194C , if the Single bill exceeds RS 30000 or aggregate amount in a year exceeds RS 75000.
