Yes you better should concentrate on CA Final studies and there is lots of time if you start by now .
So go ahead and study well 
give exams in december
yes you must concentrate on your CA final in may 2012 since there is not much time left for preperation for CS exams.Best of luck for your exams
But whatever u will learn from CS will definetly help in CA Final Exams. So according to me u shud appear for both CS as well as CA Final exams.

go for cs executive dec 11 exams, refer scanner and guideline answers of icsi. you are familiar with most of the subjects. dont worry, just give 8 to 10 days and you will get success.
