Hello Sir,

I am pursuing CA and will appear for IPCC examination in May 2012 and also I have cleared ma graduation in the year 2010. I wanted to tell you that i m working in a CA firm from the past 8 months as an audit article but i m paid as an employee as i have not cleared ma IPCC Group - 1 and would like to know that will i be able to get a credit of the months for which i have already worked in ma articleship training.

Sir, r u sure because the institute ppl informed that this provision was applicable before. nw tthe r not sure whether it is prevailing or not and they told me to cum 1ce i clear ma ipcc group 1

Conversion from Audit Assistants

(Regulations 71)

In the event of conversion from audit service to articled service, the student is required to submit the registration papers in Form No. 103 within 30 days from the date of commencement of Articleship.

A service certificate in Form No. 114 alongwith training report as specified in the Training Guide

Before submitting the papers to respective Regional Office the employer should ensure that he has a regular vacancy under him.

For condonation of delay in submission of Form No. 103 Please see Chapter 25 on condonation.
