Will i be able to complete my dream....expert advise needed

i am arpit and i am very thankful to all you experts......

i am 24 n a government employee ....i want to be a CA....its my childhood dream....

first i thought it is possible to do CA while working as government emplyee....(with the help of dummy)

but i one of my friends says you cant do CA n governtment job at the sametime.....as the government emplyee data goes to various departments so there are chances that i might get cought .........

please help me what i should do now.......is there are really some complications or not....
